Teatro dell’Opera di Roma to Present ‘Tutto Verdi’

The Teatro dell’Opera di Roma is set to continue its fall concert series with a concert entitled “Tutto Verdi.”

The concert, which will be presented on Sept. 3 and 5, will be conducted by maestro Paolo Arrivabeni and will feature the company’s chorus in works from “Attila,” “Nabucco,” “Macbeth,’ “I Lombardi,” “Giovanna d’Arco,” “La battaglia di Legnano.”

Audience members will have to adhere to strict social distancing guidelines in order to control the spread of COVID-19. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. with no intermission.

“Tutto Verdi” follows the successful opening night which featured Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. The company is also set to present Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle on Oct. 1 with Agnieszka Jadwiga Grochala, Irene Savignano, Rodrigo Ortiz, and Alessandro Della Morte. Jader Bignamini conducts the evening.
