Showcase Cinemas will celebrate World Opera Day with two cinema events. The company will present Andrew Llyod Webber’s “The Phantom of the Opera” and an encore presentation of Jake Heggie’s “Dead Man Walking.” “The Phantom of the Opera” was released back in 2004 and is directed by Joel Schumacher.
