The Opéra National du Capitole Toulouse has announced cast changes for its production of Händel’s “Giulio Cesare.” The company said that contralto Rose Naggar-Tremblay was to be Cornelia in Handel’s “Giulio Cesare” but following the withdrawal of Elizabeth DeShong, she will play the title role.
