Soprano Monique Borelli died in a Marseille hospital, aged 59 on July 23, 2020. The soprano was stabbed by her 18-year old son following a family dispute in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, near Aix-en-Provence. According to France Musique, the incident occurred after Borelli and her husband accused their son of stealing money from them. A judicial process has been opened after the incident. {…}
