The Washington Chorus (TWC) and the National Philharmonic have announced a partnership to present “Universal Longings | Anhelos Universales.” The Washington Chorus’ Artistic Director Eugene Rogers will conduct the concert featuring guest soloists tenor Scott Piper and baritone Juan Tomás Martínez Yépez.
