Berkshire Opera Festival (BOF) has announced “Arias & Aperitifs: Music, Merriment, and Summer Splendor,” the company’s annual summer gala, taking place June 28, 2026 at Gedney Farm in New Marlborough, Massachusetts.

The garden party-style event will feature a performance by bass Stefan Egerstrom, who makes his Berkshire Opera Festival debut this summer in Donizetti’s “Lucia di Lammermoor.” The bass has performed with the Metropolitan Opera, Boston Lyric Opera, Minnesota Opera, and San Francisco Opera.

Proceeds from the gala will support BOF’s 2026 season, including its production of “Lucia di Lammermoor,” the company’s new Resident Artist Program, and year-round community engagement initiatives.
