Stage Access is set to present the North American premiere of the Wiener Staatsoper’s recent “Tosca” starring Anna Netrebko.

The production, which was filmed on Dec. 13, features the legendary production by Margarethe Wallmann. Netrebko performs the title role alongside Yusif Eyvazov as Cavaradossi and Wolfgang Koch as Scarpia.

The production also showcases the celebrated scenic and costume design of Nicola Benois and is conducted by Bertrand de Billy.

The North American premiere is on Sunday, March 7 at 7 pm ET streaming exclusively on the Stage Access platform.

Netrebko has become one of the leading interpreters of Tosca having sung tyhe role at the Metropolitan Opera, Teatro alla Scala, Teatro Sna Carlo di Napoli, Wiener Staatsoper and the Mariinsky Theatre. She is set to reprise her acclaimed interpretation at the Teatro Real de Madrid and the Salzburg Festival.
