Sonya Yoncheva Announced for 2025 Festival Internacional de Santander

The Festival Internacional de Santander has announced advanced plans for its 2025 season that will be held in the summer.

The season will include dance, opera, and orchestras.

Among the performers already announced include Sonya Yoncheva in a program with the Royal Opera Orchestra of Versailles. Pianist Sir András Schiff and Kathia Buniatishvili will also perform in the season as well as dancer Akram Khan.

Yoncheva is one of teh most acclaimed sopranos of her generation having performed at teh Royal Opera House, Metropolitan Opera, Wiener Staatsoper, Teatro alla Scala, and Paris Opera, among others.

The complete program will be announced in a later month.
