Sonya Yoncheva, Aida Garifullina To Star in ‘La Bohème’ At Royal Opera House

The Royal Opera House is set to revive its production of “La Bohème” this coming winter.

The work, which features a production by Richard Jones, will feature a number of casts. In the role of Rodolfo, audiences will get a chance to see Charles Castronovo and Jonathan Tetelman, while Mimì will be interpreted by Sonya Yoncheva and Eleonora Buratto and Ekaterina Siurina.

Aida Garifullina, Vlada Borovko, and Simona Mihai will alternate as Musetta, while Andrzej Filonczyk and Andrei Bondarenko will play Marcello.

In the role of Schaunard, audiences will see Gyula Nagy and Alessio Arduini, while Peter Kellner and Fernando Radó will interpret Colline.

Maestro Emmanuel Villaume will conduct all the performances, which will kick off on Jan. 10, 2020 and run through May 27.
