By Francisco Salazar

Polish music management agencies, SONORA Music and Malke Music Management have announced that they are joining forces under the new brand, Sonora.

The two agencies have been collaborating for the past year but decided that a unified brand would make them the sole specialists for music management in Poland.

Stanisław Suchora, Mikołaj Bylka-Kanecki, and Artur Malke will staff the newly combined agency.

During the next seasons, the agency will work with the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, the Freiburger Barockorchester, the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, the NFM Wrocław Philharmonic, the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Szczecin Philharmonic, Bozar Brussels, Seoul Arts Center, and National Forum of Music, among many others.

The agency will also work with Leonard Elschenbroich, Nils Mönkemeyer, Thomas Sanderling, Dirk Vermeulen, Linus Roth, and Tomoko Akasaka.

SONORA Music was known for organizing tours for ensembles and festivals while Malke Music Management specialized in early-music artists.
