Grange Park Opera has unveiled its programming for 2024.

First up is a double bill of “Aleko” and “Gianni Schicchi,” both headlined by Sir Bryn Terfel. He is joined in the Rachmaninoff opera with Ailish Tynan, Luis Gomes, Robert Winslade Anderson, and Sara Fulgoni. In “Schicchi” other cast members include Pasquale Orchard, Luis Gomes, and Sara Fulgoni, among others. Gianluca Marciano conducts. Stephen Medcalf directs both operas.

Performance Date: June 6 – July 7, 2024

Then comes “The Daughter of the Regiment” starring Julia Sitkovetsky, Nico Darmanin, Enrico Marabelli, Anna Steiger, Henry Grant Kerswell, Tim Bagley, Redmond Sanders, and Harriet Thorpe. Claire Levacher conducts and John Doyle directs.

Performance Date: June 8 – July 6, 2024

Susan Bullock stars in “Katya Kabanova” alongside Adrian Thompson, Natalya Romaniw, Katie Bray, Clive Bayley, Thomas Atkins, Benjamin Hulett, and Jonathan Kennedy. Stephen Barlow conducts and David Alden directs.

Performance Date: June 16 – July 12, 2024

Closing out the season is “Island of Dreams”  with Brett Polegato, Ffion Edwards, Hugh Cutting, Andreas Jankowitsch, William Dazeley, LUis Gomes, and Henry Grant Kerswell, among others.
