Singapore Lyric Opera Youth and Children’s Chorus will present “Springtime Rhapsody” at the Esplanade on March 17, 2024.

The showcase will feature such songs as “Let Us Take These Wings,” “Flying Free,” and “The Fireflies,” among others.

“This ‘March On!’ platform is perfect to showcase the talents we have nurtured in our chorus groups. Our performers train weekly to hone their skills and passion in this artform. While the arts give them so much fun and satisfaction, they are also coached on the importance of discipline and dedication so that they can achieve higher levels, even professional level, of performance. These are important values to foster, especially to the younger talents, and is applicable to all aspects of life,” said Yati Yusoff, Manager of Singapore Lyric Opera, in an official press statement.

The concert will be presented in two 30-minute sessions on the Esplanade’s Concourse. The first session starts at 11 a.m. with the second set for 1 p.m.
