Sean Michael Plumb has joined Askonas Holt for European management.

Plumb will be managed in Europe by Nicholas Moloney and Matt Palmer at Askonas Holt, in collaboration with Étude Arts for general management.

Plumb is a winner of a 2022 Career Grant from the Richard Tucker  Music  Foundation and was honored by President Obama as a United States Presidential Scholar in the Arts. He is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music.

Next season, he is set to return to the Metropolitan Opera singing Papageno in “The Magic Flute” and Schaunard in “La bohème.” He also returns to the Bayerische Staatsoper for Dandini in “La Cenerentola,” Marcello in “La Bohème” and Frank-Fritz in “Die tote Stadt.”

He has performed with the Seattle Opera, the Hong Kong Arts Festival, and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
