Savannah VOICE Festival and Green-Meldrim House are once again collaborating to co-produce the “VOICE Salon Series.”

The salon evenings will take place in the Green Meldrim House in Savannah, Georgia on Oct. 16, Dec. 5, and March 13. The evenings will be an opportunity to enjoy live music, delicious food, and fine wine.

In a statement Jamie Credle, Executive Director of the Green-Meldrim House, said, “I have long admired legendary opera singer Sherrill Milnes.  It is very exciting to once again collaborate with the Savannah VOICE Festival and welcome their talented artists to perform as our guests.  We will certainly enjoy a feast for all the senses at our historic house.”

The first concert on Oct. 16 will be “Home with American Music” featuring Broadway, cabaret, and popular song. David Friedman, a famed composer, will be joined by tenor Peter Lake, baritone Chad Sonka, soprano Samantha Talora, and Maria Zouves for favorites both new and old.

The second concert will be “A Trip to Paris” featuring feature French traditions and seasonal favorites.

The final evening will be “Mediterranean Voyages” on March 13, 2025. It will be a journey through Greek islands and Italian villages.
