Savannah VOICE Festival Announces 2026 Season ‘Sunny Days and Starry Nights’
By David SalazarThe Savannah VOICE Festival has announced its 14th season, titled “Sunny Days and Starry Nights,” running August 7–16, 2026.
The season will celebrate Broadway’s Golden Age, highlight classical vocal artistry, and honor America’s 250th anniversary with a special American Opera finale.
The festival opens with “A Night of Rising Stars” before moving into a wide-ranging lineup that includes “Here Comes the Sun: Coffee Concert,” “Broadway’s Golden Age,” and “VOICES in Sacred Song,” featuring Pergolesi’s “Stabat Mater.” “Queens of the Night: Sopranos on Stage” and “Night & Day: A Cabaret Concert” with Samantha Talora round out the offerings.
Mozart’s “Die Zauberflöte” is among the operatic centerpieces of the festival. The season closes with the “American Opera Celebration,” a grand finale honoring the nation’s operatic heritage in its 250th anniversary year.
Moreover, for the first time, the festival will offer pay-what-you-can ticketing at the door for select performances.
