SAS Performing Arts Company Announces 2022 Winners

The New Jersey-based SAS Performing Arts Company has announced the winners of its third annual competition.

The final took place on Dec. 3 and featured 16 singers. First prize went to soprano Magdalena Kuzma with the second place given to mezzo-soprano Stephanie Doche. Third prize went to mezzo-soprano Lisa Marie Rogali.

The company also gave three incentive prizes to soprano Danielle Beckvermitt, mezzo-soprano Shanley Horvitz, and soprano Abigail Raiford.

Application submissions for the 2023 vocal competition will commence in May 2023.

The SAS Performing Arts Company and Studios is dedicated to the growth, education, and sustenance of community audiences by presenting classic and contemporary works spanning diverse genres. The organization also conducts training classes and workshops for aspiring performers.
