Sarah Connolly & Slávka Zámečníková Lead Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s 2022-23 Season

UK’s Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2022-23 season.

Here is a look at the vocal performances of the season.

Sarah Connolly and Mark Wigglesworth team up for a program of Mahler, Ravel, and Humperdinck.

Performance Dates: Nov. 9 & 10, 2022

Laurence Cummings conducted Händel’s “Messiah” for the holiday season.

Performance Date: Dec. 14, 2022

Kirill Karabits conducts the BS Chorus in music by Shostakovich, Glazunov, and Taneyev.

Performance Date: Feb. 8, 2023

Slávka Zámečníková and Alexander Soddy team for Mahler’s Fourth Symphony. The program also includes music by Beethoven and Vaughn Williams.

Performance Dates: March 1-3, 2023

Božidar Smiljanić  and David Hill perform music by Wagner, Faure, Strauss, Coleridge-Taylor, Rimsky Korsakov, and Balfour Gardiner.

Performance Date: March 22, 2023
