Sara LeMesh, Karen Chia-Ling Ho & Zach Borichevsky Lead Florentine Opera’s 2024-25 Season

The Florentine Opera has announced its 2024-25 season.

Karen Chia-Ling Ho leads Puccini’s “Madama Butterfly“ with Adam Diegel, Kristen Choi, and Grant Youngblood. Francesco Milioto conducts the production by Mo Zhou.

Performance Dates: Oct. 18 & 20, 2024

Handel’s “Acis & Galatea” will star Sara LeMesh, Patrick Bessenbacher, Matt Boehler, and Jerek Fernández. Francesco Milioto conducts the production by E. Loren Meeker.

Performance Dates: Feb. 14 & 16, 2025

Alisa Jordheim, Aaron Agulay, Spencer Reichman, Patrick Carfizzi, Sara LeMesh, Jerek Fernández, Lauryn Nelson, and Brandan Sanchez lead the ensemble of Donizetti’s “Viva la Mamma.” Anthony Barrese conducts the production by Jill Anna Ponasik.

Performance Dates: March 21 & 23, 2025

Lisa Marie Rogali leads Bizet’s “Carmen” with Zach Borichevsky, Rolfe Dauz, and Kathryn Henry. Francesco Milioto conducts the production by Kyle Lang.

Performance Dates: May 16 & 18, 2025
