San Francisco Opera is set to present Mozart’s “Le Nozze di Figaro” at the War Memorial Opera House.

The opera will be performed between Oct. 31 and Nov. 29 and Shawna Lucey directs the Company’s production by Michael Cavanagh.

Conductor Sebastian Weigle makes his house debut leading a cast that includes Peter Kellner, Slávka Zámečníková, Thomas Mole, Olivia Smith, Simone McIntosh, Maurizio Muraro, Catherine Cook, Alek Shrader, Chance Jonas-O’Toole, Sofia Gotch, and Philip Skinner.

“Le Nozze di Figaro” will be livestreamed at 7:30 p.m. PT and available to watch on demand for 48 hours beginning on Nov. 8. San Francisco Opera Dramaturg Emeritus Dr. Clifford “Kip” Cranna will present a 20-minute overview of the opera beginning 55 minutes prior to each performance for ticket holders.
