The San Francisco Opera Center is set to present “The Future is Now: Adler Fellows Concert” on Friday, Dec. 6, 2019.

The event will feature sopranos Mary Evelyn Hangley and Natalie Image; mezzo-sprans Ashley Dixon and Simone McIntosh; countertenor Aryeh Nussbaum Cohen; tenors SoekJohn Baek Zhengyi Bai, Christopher Colmenero, and Christopher Oglesby; and bass-baritone Christian Pursell. This will be the final performance as Adler Fellows for Hangley, Image, Dixon, Cohen, Baek, Pursell, and Cañón.

The concert will also showcase pianists / coaches Kseniia Polstiankina Barrad and César Cañón. Conductor Eun Sun Kim will lead the concert.

The concert will feature a wide range of scenes from such operas as “Candide, “Le Postillon de Lonjumeau,” “Siroe,” “Aleko,” “Cendrillon,” “Le Caïd,” “Tosca,” “Don Carlo,” “Ariodante,” “Eugene Onegin,” “Idomeneo,” “Le Cid,” and “La Fille du Régiment.”
