The Salzburg Festival has announced that The Würth Group will continue to provide support for the organization’s Youth Programme and the Ouverture Spirituelle in 2024.

Dr. h.c. mult. Reinhold Würth’s first donation to the festival came in 2016 for the production of “West Side Story.” Since then he has been a support of the concert series “Ouverture Spirituelle” and the youth programme.

“With the ‘Ouverture spirituelle,’ Würth enables us to offer a unique start to the festival, an emotional entryway to the Festival through our ears and our minds which combines tradition and modernism,” said Festival President Kristina Hammer in an official press statement issued by the company. “The youth programme jung&jede*r allows young people to delve into a world full of adventure, imagination and sound, where magical moments happen – an invaluable investment in the future.”

Per the press release, with the support of Würth, 12 concerts could take place.
