Russell Thomas, Raehann Bryce-Davis, Anthony Roth Costanzo, Erin Morley, Daniela Mack, Jonah Hoskins Headline Vocal DC Arts’ 2023-24 Season

Vocal Arts DC has announced its 2023-24 season, which will feature some of opera’s biggest stars.

It all kicks off with a recital featuring Anthony Roth Costanzo and Bryan Wagorn performing songs and cantatas.

Performance Date: Sept. 21, 2023

Next up is Jonah Hoskins and pianist William Woodard presenting a program of music by Heggie, Lee Hoiby, and Erike Satie.

Performance Date: Dec. 13, 2023

Ringing in the new year will be Raehann Bryce-Davis and pianist Jeanne-Minette Cilliers. They will present music by Wagner, Amy Beach, Melissa Dunphy, Maria Thompson Corley, and Peter Ashbourne.

Performance Date: Jan. 24, 2024

Russell Thomas and Lucas Nogara will showcase music by Barber, Jasmine Barnes, Duparc, and Strauss.

Performance Date: Feb. 14, 2024

Next up is Daniela Mack and Keun-A Lee as they perform works by Rossini, Pauline Viardot, Hahn, Guastavino, Ginastera, Piazzola, and a world premiere by Rene Orth.

Performance Date: April 18, 2024

The season comes to a close with a performance by Erin Morley and Gerald Martin Moore as they take on music by Brahms, Saint-Saëns, Rimsky-Korsakov, Rachmaninoff, Sulliva, Head, Gordon, Milhaud, Zemlinsky, and Berg.

Performance Date: May 13, 2024
