Rosa Feola has won the Premio Anastasia Guerriero.

The award was given to the famed soprano by the Lion’s Club Terra di Lavoro Reloaded and its president Aldo Antonio Cobianchi.

The prize, which was founded in 2017, is in honor of Anastasia Guerriero, who was a doctor and scientist who dedicated her life to researching infantile leukemia. The prize recognizes women who show great dedication and professionalism, and engage in various sectors of public life, often reaching levels of excellence.

Feola is a well-known soprano who has performed at the Metropolitan Opera, Teatro alla Scala, Royal Opera House, and Salzburg Festival. Her repertoire includes the works of Rossini, Verdi, Bellini, Mozart, and Donizetti. She is also a second prize winner at the Operalia Competition.
