Rosa Feola & María José Siri Lead Teatro Filarmonico’s Christmas Concert

The Teatro Filarmonico is set to present a Christmas concert starring Rosa Feola and María José Siri.

The concert, which will be conducted by Daniel Oren, will be streamed on WebTV and YouTube on Dec. 25 and on the theater’s Facebook page on Dec. 26. 

The concert will feature Corelli’s Concerto grosso no. 8, Händel’s “I know that my Redeemer liveth” from theMessiah,” Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings, Schubert’s Ellens Gesang III: Hymne an die Jungfrau, Verdi’s Ave Maria from “Otello,” Franck’s “Panis Angelicus,” and Adam’s “Cantique de Noël.” 

The concert was recorded without an audience following all safety guidelines from the Italian government due to COVID-19.

Siri is recently performed “Nabucco” at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino while Feola performed at the Teatro alla Scala’s opening night gala. She is set to perform at the Teatro la Fenice’s New Year’s gala alongside Xabier Anduaga.
