Rolando Villazón is set to perform a recital with harpist Xavier de Maistre for an exclusive livestream on the Deutsche Grammophon Stage.

The concert, which is set for July 16, will be entitled “Serenata Latina” and will feature the tenor and harpist from the Théâtre des Bouffes Parisiens.

The concert features a program of intimate arrangements of Latin American songs for tenor and harp and is part of a larger project which continues with the release of Villazón’s newest album with Deutsche Grammophon set for Oct. 2, 2020.

The tenor recently released two singles, “En estos dias” and “El banco solitario” from the album, which are now available on all major streaming platforms. He also released a new book in German.
