Renée Richardson, Demetrious Sampson Jr., Katerina Burton, Kyle Ketelson, Rehanna Thelwell Headline Madison Symphony Orchestra’s 2026-27 Season

The Madison Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2026-27 season.

Here is a rundown of the vocal performances on offer.

Soprano Renée Richardson and tenor Demetrious Sampson Jr. headline Madison Symphony Christmas, joined by the Madison Symphony Chorus, Mt. Zion Gospel Choir and Madison Youth Choirs.

Performance Dates: Dec. 4–6, 2026


Violinist Blake Poullot, soprano Katerina Burton, mezzo-soprano Rehanna Thelwell and bass-baritone Kyle Ketelsen join the Madison Symphony Chorus and Madison Youth Choirs for Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto, which includes the world premiere of Scott Gendel and Caitlin Vincent’s Spacious Skies: A Choral Symphony, a Madison Symphony commission.

Performance Dates: April 9–11, 2027
