Regina Opera Announces Fall Festival Concert

The concert will take place on Oct. 27, 2024 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Academy in Brooklyn, NY.
The concert will celebrate autumn with a two-hour Fall Festival Concert of opera, zarzuela, and popular selections. The evening also showcases soloists sopranos Tate Chu and Sabrina Palladino, mezzo-soprano Melina Jaharis, countertenor Roberto Colón, tenor Doohyun Yoon, baritones Daniel Chiu and Samuel Flores. Flutist Richard Paratley, and pianist Catherine Miller will also one included in the concert.
This season Regina Opera is set to present “Tosca,” “Pagliacci” and “La Traviata.”
Regina Opera was founded in 1970 by Marie Cantoni and Nicholas Tierno. It began as a small group of dedicated singers who gave opera recitals, with piano accompaniment, in a tiny auditorium at the Regina Pacis-St. Rosalia Parish Youth Center in Borough Park/Dyker Heights, Brooklyn.
