Raehann Bryce-Davis & Benjamin Taylor Headline George London Foundation for Singers’ 2022-23 Season

The George London Foundation for Singers has announced its 2022-23 season.

The season kicks off with a recital starring 2018 George London Award winner and mezzo-soprano Raehann Bryce-Davis and pianist Jeanne-Minette Cilliers. The program will be announced at a future date.

Bryce-Davis is coming off her Metropolitan Opera debut in “The Rake’s Progress” and has appeared with such companies as La Monnaie de Munt and the Glimmerglass Festival.

Performance Date: Oct. 2, 2022

That will be followed up by the 51st Annual George London Foundation Competition.

 Performance Date: Feb. 17, 2023

 The season draws to a close with another 2018 George London Award winner, baritone Benjamin Taylor. He will be joined on stage by pianist Katelan Terrell. The program will be announced at a future date.

Taylor made his Metropolitan Opera debut in 2021-22 as Chester in “Fire Shut Up in My Bones.” He also performed with the Michigan Opera Theatre, Spoleto Festival USA, and Cincinnati Opera, among others.
