Promethean Artists has added soprano Amber R. Monroe to its roster for world-wide general management.

Monroe is the 2023 winner of the Sullivan Foundation Award and George and Nora London Foundation Competition. In 2021 she also received the Richard F. Gold Career Grant from The Shoshana Foundation. She is also a recent alumna of the Cafritz Young Artists program, the Santa Fe Opera Apprentice Artist Program, and the Merola Opera Program.

“I am humbled to be amongst this incredible roster,” Monroe said in an official press statement regarding the announcement. “In forging my career path, I feel blessed to have a team that supports and prioritizes the artist, allowing for authentic creativity and genuine connection to the overall community.

“I look forward to embarking on this collaborative journey with Promethean Artists, especially Callan. He has truly aided in building a secure foundation in which our working relationship can grow, and for that I am immensely grateful. This is only just the beginning!”
