The Los Angeles Opera has announced its streaming schedule for LAO At Home starting on June 30.

Following its Great Opera Choruses performance on June 28, 2020, the company will present “Learn at Home” with Music Director James Conlon as he introduces Wagner’s “Ring Clycle.”

Streaming Date: June 30, 2020 at 2 p.m. PDT.  

Mezzo-soprano Sasha Cooke will join forces with her husband, baritone Kelly Markgraf, and pianist Bryan Banowetz for the world premiere of songs by Kamala Sankaram and Joel Puckett. They will present a number of other show tunes.

Streaming Date: July 1, 2020 at 4 p.m. PDT.

The company will unearth its 2015 production of “The Marriage of Figaro” with James Conlon in the pit. Roberto Tagliavini and Pretty Yende star as Figaro and Susanna with Ryan McKinny and Guanqun Yu as the Count and Countess, respectively.

Streaming Date: July 2, 2020 at 5 p.m. PDT.

The company also announced plans to stream Wagner’s “Ring Cycle” throughout July 25 with all operas presented back to back starting at 7 a.m. PDT.
