Philharmonie Luxembourg Announces 2026-27 Season Featuring Andrè Schuen, Magdalena Kožená, Christian Gerhaher, Julia Lezhneva, Franco Fagioli

The Philharmonie Luxembourg has announced its 2026-27 season. Here are the vocal performances.

The Cleveland Orchestra under Franz Welser-Möst perform works by Strauss with Golda Schultz as the soloist.

Elionor Martínez and Josep Maria Martí Duran join forces for works by Caccini, Campmany, Dowland, Ferrabosco, Händel, Hidalgo, Monteverdi, Nicholson, Purcell, and Strozzi.

The Huelgas Ensemble and Paul Van Nevel perform.

The Duke’s Singers will perform works by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Max Bruch, Anders Edenroth, Gabriel Jackson, Jake Runestad, and The Beatles.

Benjamin Britten’s “War Requiem” will be performed by City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Kazuki Yamada, Irina Lungu, Andrew Staples, and Christian Gerhaher.

The Musique Militaire Grand-Ducale will perform music byAnna Katharina Felke, Esther Conter, Serge Schonckert, and Fernand Delosch.

The European Academic Orchestra, Musique Militaire Grand-Ducale, and Chœur de Chambre de Luxembourg will perform an opera gala. Antonio Grosu conducts soloists Valentina Nafornița and Lilia Istratii.

The Constellation Choir & Orchestra, under Sir John Eliot Gardiner, performs a Christmas Concert.
