Orquesta Sinfónica de Bilbao Announces 2025-26 Season Featuring Sasha Cooke & Carlos Mena

The Orquesta Sinfónica de Bilbao has announced its 2025-26 season. Here are the vocal performances on offer.

Orchestral 

Sasha Cooke joins Ramón Tebar for Mahler’s Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen. The concert also includes Rachmaninoff’s Symphony No. 2.

Performance Dates: Oct. 16-17, 2025

Carlos Mena conducts Bach’s St John Passion with Ana Quintans, Rodrigo Carreto, José Coca Loza, and Peter Harvey.

Performance Dates: March 26-27, 2026

Chamber Music 

Sasha Cooke and Ramón Tebar perform lieder by Mahler, Korngold, Weill, Rachmaninoff.

Performance Date: Oct. 20, 2025

Festival Musikaldia 

Ramón Tebar conducts Verdi’s Requiem featuring soloists Miren Urbieta-Vega, María José Montiel, Jonathan Tetelman, and George Andguladze.

Performance Dates: Sept. 11-14, 2025
