Oratorio Society To Perform Verdi’s Requiem

The Oratorio Society will conclude its 2018-19 Carnegie Hall season with Verdi’s Requiem.

The OSNY Music Director Kent Tritle is set to lead the performance with Elizabeth de Trejo, Raehann Bryce-Davis, Joshua Blue, and Adam Lau.

The performance will mark De Trejo’s OSNY debut and her second collaboration with Kent Tritle, who worked with her at the Great Mountains Music Festival in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Meanwhile, Bryce-Davis will return to the OSNY, having sung in the world premiere of the Paul Moravec/Mark Campbell oratorio Sanctuary Road.

Blue and Lau have also been frequent performers with the OSNY with Blue performing in the Sanctuary Road concert and Lau apppearing in the Messiah performance in 2016 and Mahler’s Symphony No. 8.

The performance is set for May 9, 2019.
