The oratorio Society of New York has announced its 2026-27 season.

The company will open with Fauré’s “Requiem,” Beethoven’s “Elegischer Gesang,” Brahms’ “Vier Gesänge,” and Jasmine Barnes Portraits’ “Douglass and Tubman.” Zen Wu and Jesse Blumberg are the soloists and Kent Tritle conducts.

Performance Dates: Nov. 10, 2026 at Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall

Händel’s “Messiah” will star Jennifer Zetlan, Daniel Moody, Brian Giebler, and Jonathan Woody. Kent Tritle conducts.

Excerpts from Rachmaninoff’s “All-Night Vigil” will be performed. David Rosenmeyer conducts

Performance Dates: Feb. 7, 2027 at Cathedral of St. John the Divine

The company will feature the Lyndon Woodside Oratorio Solo Competition Finals – 50th Anniversary Concert.

Performance Dates: April 10, 2027 at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall

Bach’s “Mass in B Minor” will feature Elisse Albian, Lucia Bradford, Maximillian Jansen, and Kevin Deas. Kent Tritle conducts.
