OperaVision To Present OPERA2DAY’s ‘Hamlet’ Production

Opera Vision will showcase Ambroise Thomas “Hamlet” live from the OPERA2DAY in the Hague on Sept. 13, 2019.

The production will feature Quirjin de Lang in the title role with Lucie Chartin as Ophelia. Martjin Sanders will portray Claudius, while Martina Prins will be the Queen Gertrude. Other cast members include Jan-Willem Schaafsma, Patrick Pranger, and Joop Keesmaat.

The production will be directed by Serge van Veggel with Hernán Schvartzman conducting.

The stream kicks off at 7 p.m. local time. That’s around 1 p.m. EDT and 10 a.m. PST for the start time. It will be available for repeat viewings on Opera Vision until March 12, 2020.
