OperaVision To Live Stream Ivan Zajc’s ‘Nikola Šubić Zrinjski’ From Zagreb

OperaVision will showcase “Nikola Šubić Zrinjski” live from the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb on Nov. 2, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. local time.

The production of the Ivan Zajc opera will feature Ljubomir Puškarić in the title role, alongside Tamara Franetović Felbinger, Ivana Lazar, Damir Klačar, Ozren Bilušić, Tvrtko Stipić, Ivica Čikeš, Stjepan Franetović, Davor Radić, Neven Mrzlečki, Željko Grofelnik, Robert Palić, and Antonio Brajković.

Nikša Bareza conducts a production directed by Krešimir Dolenčić.

The stream kicks off at 7:30 p.m. local time. That’s around 1:30 p.m. Eastern time and 10:30 a.m. Pacific time for the start time. It will be available for repeat viewings on Opera Vision until  May 1, 2020.

The streaming service is free through OperaVision, which, per its official website, is a project “supported by the European Union’s Creative Europe program, OperaVision builds on the success of The Opera Platform, with more contributing opera companies from more countries, under the editorial supervision of Opera Europa, the European association of opera companies and festivals. OperaVision brings together 30 partners from 18 countries and invites you to travel and discover the diversity of opera from wherever you want, whenever you want.”
