Operabase Announces Upgrades to Its Platform
By Chris RuelOperabase has announced upgrades to its platform in the months ahead.
Among those changes will be enhanced search functionality and improved site navigation. The updated search tool will provide access to a user’s history, including past searches and previously visited pages. It will also generate suggestions based on the user’s input. To streamline the search process for performances and video listings, users can select “performances” or “video” from a dropdown menu, or specify categories such as Artists.
The site’s navigation is also set to improve across both desktop and mobile interfaces. Professional users will benefit from new, easily accessible options on the top right bar, including the Casting Tool, Productions Rentals, profile updates for Artists, Managers & Organizations, Language Selection, and Login. Meanwhile, both Audience & Professional users will have access to features such as Performances & Tickets, Artists, Companies, Festivals, and Managers from the top left bar.
Operabase is currently open to feedback and feature requests. Users can share their thoughts either through the orange feedback button on the Operabase webpage or directly via email.
