Opera Tampa Announces 2022 Season

Opera Tampa has announced its 2022 season featuring three mainstage productions. The company will also team up with the Florida Orchestra for the very first time.

The company will return to the Starz Center and will open Offenbach’s “The Tales of Hoffmann.” The production will be Opera Tampa’s premiere of the famous work.

Performance Dates: Feb. 11 & 13, 2022

The second production of the season will be the ever-popular Gilbert and Sullivan’s “The Pirates of Penzance.” 

Performance Dates: March 11 & 13, 2022

The final opera of the season will be a new dramatic Italian double bill which will consist of Puccini’s “Gianni Schicchi” and Mascagni’s “Cavalleria Rusticana.”

Performance Dates: April 22 & 24, 2022
