Opera Saratoga Unveils ‘America Sings’ Series

Opera Saratoga has announced the lineup for its “America Sings” concert series.

“I know our audiences will be delighted to witness the caliber of talent and unique positionality that each of these artists bring by way of their performance careers and lived experiences,” said Katrina Fasulo, Director of Development, in an official press statement.

The showcase, which will take place at Caffè Lena in Saratoga Springs, will feature four performances. The first will star mezzo-soprano Cierra Byrd and pianist Juan Lázaro.

Performance Date: Feb. 19, 2023

Next up in the series will be tenor WooYoung Yoon. He will be joined by pianist Yeontaek Oh.

Performance Date: March 12, 2023 

That performance will be followed up by a showcase starring soprano Helena Colindres and pianist Johnny Gonzalez.

Performance Date: April 23, 2023

Closing out the “America Sings” series will be baritone Dr. Carl DuPont and pianist Gregory Thompson.

Performance Date: June 18, 2023
