Opera Naples Postpones Anna Netrebko & Yusif Eyvazov Concert

Opera Naples in Florida has postponed Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov’s concert.

The evening, which was set to take on Jan. 7, has been rescheduled to May 18, 2022. Ramón Tebar is still set to conduct at the Arthrex.

Netrebko recently withdrew from the Royal Opera House’s “Nabucco” and is set to return to the stage in February alongside Eyvazov for a production of “Aida” at the Teatro San Carlo di Napoli. The couple then goes on tour through Europe in March and returns to the Teatro alla Scala for a production of “Adriana Lecouvreur.”

Opera Naples next performs “The Pirate of Penzance” at the end of January and Joseph Calleja gives a recital in March. The company is also set to perform a  production of “Tosca” with Ainhoa Arteta and Ramon Vargas.
