Opera Naples Announces 2022-23 Season

Opera Naples has announced its 2022-23 season.

The season opens with a double bill of two Mozart operas, “The Impresario” and “Bastien and Bastienne.”

Performance Date: Oct. 15 & 16, 2022

Next up is “Olé,” a celebration of Spanish Song, Wine and Tapas.”

Performance Date: Nov. 4, 2022

Next up is “Roméo et Juliette” conducted by Ramón Tebar.

Performance Date: Dec. 4 & 5, 2022

“H.M.S. Pinafore” will kick off the company’s 2023 slate.

Performance Date: Feb. 18 & 19, 2023

“Seville Soirée” will feature Spanish music, dancing, cocktails, and a live auction.

Performance Date: Feb. 28, 2023

Next up is the “Festival Under the Stars.” That event will kick off with a concert starring soprano Jennifer Rowley.

Performance Date: March 22 2023

There will be a Family and Community Day which will feature a performance of “The Ugly Duckling” by Opera Naples Resident Artists.

Performance Date: March 26, 2023

That will be followed by two performances of “Carmen.”

Performance Date: March 28 & 30, 2023

There will also be a Zarzuela / Flamenco program.

Performance Date: March 29, 2023

“A Night at the Opera” will follow.

Performance Date: April 2, 2023

The season closes with a production of “Frida.”

Performance Date: April 4 & 5, 2023
