Opera Memphis Announces Fall Season

Opera Memphis has announced its fall season.

The company will open its fall season on Sept. 26 at The Grove at GPAC with “Opera Goes to Broadway,” a celebration of operas that have inspired musicals, as well as operas and musicals that share the same inspiration.

The season will continue on Oct. 10, the company will present “Arias in the Garden” at The Dixon Gallery and Gardens and will be available exclusively to Dixon members and OM patrons.

On Oct. 15, the WKNO FM Third Thursday concert at 7 P.M will feature some of opera’s greatest duets while on Nov. 8, at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens, the company will present an outdoor special event for families that is part opera, part escape room, and part obstacle.

On Nov. 19 and Dec. 17, Opera Memphis will present the second and third Thursday concerts on WKNO FM at 7 P.M.

The company will also showcase several digital presentations.
