Opera for Earth Unveils Fall 2024 Slate

Opera for Earth has announced its upcoming productions for the fall of 2024.

First up is a Fundraising concert featuring Dominick Argento’s “Miss Havisham’s Wedding” and “Miss Manners on Music.” The showcase will take place at St. John’s in the Village.

Performance Date: Sept. 14, 2024

Then comes a production of “Dialogues of the Carmelites” at Moccasin Lake Nature Park. The opera will be presented in an English translation. The opera stars Anthony Offerle, Stephen Fee, Beth Lucey, Heidi Skok, Monica Camafreita, Christine Honein, Jodi Karem, Peilu Ni, and Imelda Franklin Bogue. Gregory Buchalter conducts and Benjamin Spierman directs.

Performance Date: Nov. 16, 2024

Opera for Earth Corporation is a 501(c)3 corporation that uses performing arts to raise awareness to the value of preserving and caring for our natural resources. The company previously produced “Miss Havisham’s Wedding” and “Miss Manners of Music.”
