The Opéra de Paris has canceled the Jan. 27, 2022 performance of “Le Nozze di Figaro.”

The company noted, that “despite all its efforts to maintain performances during the health crisis and following positive Covid-19 test results among the artists, they were unfortunately obliged to cancel the performance.”

As a result, ticketholders who paid with a credit card will automatically be refunded within a few days on the bank account used for the payment and in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available on operadeparis.fr.

This will mark the second canceled performance of “Le Nozze di Figaro” after the company canceled the Jan. 25 show.

“Le Nozze di Figaro” is set to return to the stage on Feb. 1, 2022.
