The Opéra de Lille has announced its 2024-25 season.

Nicola Porpora’s “Polifemo” will feature Kangmin Justin Kim, Marie Lys, Paul-Antoine Bénos-Djian, Delphine Galou, José Coca Loza, and Florie Valiquette. Emmanuelle Haïm conducts the production by Bruno Ravella.

Performance Dates: Oct. 8-16, 2024

Marc-Antoine Charpentier’s “David et Jonathas” will star Petr Nekoranec, Gwendoline Blondeel, Jean-Christophe Lanièce, Lucile Richardot, Étienne Bazola, Alex Rosen, and Hélène Patarot. Sébastien Daucé conducts the production by Jean Bellorini.

Performance Dates: Dec. 6-10, 2024

Scènes de Montag aus Licht by Karlheinz Stockhausen will showcase Pia Davila, Claire Luquiens, Iris Zerdoud, Alice Caubit, and Joséphine Besançon. Maxime Pascal conducts the production by Silvia Costa.

Deepa Johnny, Filipe Manu, Alessandro Luongo, Omar Montanari, and Vazgen Gazaryan headline Rossini’s “Il Barbiere di Siviglia.” Diego Ceretta conducts the production by Jean-Francois Sivadier.

Julien Dran leads Gounod’s “Faust” alongside Jérôme Boutillier, Vannina Santoni, Lionel Lhote, and Juliette Mey. Louis Langrée conducts the production by Denis Podalydès.

Margaux Poguet, Mathilde Ortscheidt, Marie Soubestre, Sahy Ratia, Romain Dayez, and Ronan Nédélec make up the cast of  Mozart’s “Così fan tutte.”
