Núria Rial Gives Concert at Palau de La Música València

The Palau de La Música València has announced an upcoming concert by the Spanish soprano Núria Rial scheduled for Dec. 22, 2021 at the Teatro Principal.

Rial will be joined onstage by tenor Martin Mitterrutzner. Rial and Mitterrutzner will perform arias for soprano and tenor from operas by Mozart and Rossini. In the remainder of the concert, the “Swan Lake Suite” by Tchaikovsky and Mozart’s Symphony No. 38 in D major, K. 504 “Prague” will be presented. Alexander Liebreich conducts the Orquesta de València.

Rial is a well-known soprano who has performed at the Grand-Théâtre de Geneve, La Monnaie in Brussels, the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin, and the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris, among others.

The soprano is slated to appear in the role of Pamina in Mozart’s “Die Zauberflöte” at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in June and July 2022 alongside Julien Behr, John Relyea, and Sara Blanch.
