North/South Consonance, Inc. Is Set To Present Captivating Dances

North/South Consonance, Inc. is set to celebrate mid-winter with a concert that features music by composers of the United Kingdom, Jamaica, and the U.S.

Among these featured composers will be Peter Aviss, Mikhail Johnson, Edna Longoria, and Hilary Tann. Some of the pieces programmed include Peter Aviss’ Concerto for Viola, Mikhail Johnson’s Misereatur, and Edna Longoria’s Danzas Cautivas.

Soprano Karen Coker-Merritt, baritone Jeremy Huw Williams, and violist Rita Porfiris will appear as soloists with conductor Max Lifchitz and The North/South Chamber Orchestra.

The North/South Consonance, Inc. has brought attention to numerous unknown works and has represented a wide spectrum of aesthetic views in New York City public.
The performance is set to start at 3 p.m. and end approximately at 4:30 p.m. It will be held at the auditorium of Christ and St. Stephen’s Church in Manhattan.
