New York Philharmonic Announces Jean-Yves Thibaudet & Renée Fleming Concert

The New York Philharmonic has announced that pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet will join soprano Renée Fleming in a performance on Artist Spotlight.

The performance will be held on Feb. 14, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Wu Tsai Theater, David Geffen Hall.

The two superstars will perform selections from Fauré’s “Verlaine settings” and Messiaen’s “Poèmes pour Mi.” The concert will also include selections from Hahn, Richard Strauss, and Alan Fletcher.

Later in the season, Fleming will appear with the Orchestra and baritone Rod Gilfry in the New York Premiere of Kevin Puts’s “The Brightness of Light.” This season Fleming performs in Florida, Illinois, Amsterdam, London, and Kentucky, among others.
