New York City Opera & Students of LaGuardia High School of Music & Art to Present ‘An Evening of Caroling at Bryant Park’

The New York City Opera is joining forces with singers from the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art to present “An Evening of Caroling at Bryant Park” on Dec. 14, 2021.

The showcase will feature soprano Kate Fruchterman, mezzo-soprano Elissa Pfaender, tenor Glenn Seven Allen, bass Christopher Nazarian, as well as pianist Kathryn Olander. There will also be a brass quintet featuring artists from the Manhattan School of Music. The performance will be conducted by Elaine Rinaldi.

Audiences will hear such famed holiday hits as “Oh Holy Night,” “Jingle Bells,” “Joy to the World,” and “Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer,” among others.

In addition to this concert, the New York City Opera is gearing up for a production of “The Garden of the Finzi-Continis” which will open in January of 2022.
