New World Symphony Announces ‘Resonance of Remembrance’ Programming

The New World Symphony announces the line up for its “Resonance of Remembrance” series.

Soprano Danielle de Niese stars in Weill’s “The Seven Deadly Sins.” Co-directors include Bill Barclay, Yuval Sharon, and Alexander Gedeon. Stéphane Denève conducts.

Performance Dates: October 19 & 20, 2024

Soprano Emily Magee serves as soloist in the “Veterans Day Concert: A WWII Journey.” Lidiya Yankovskaya conducts.

Performance Dates: November 9 & 10, 2024

The Master Chorale of South Florida performs Schoenberg’s “A Survivor from Warsaw,” under the baton of Anja Bihlmeier.

Performance Dates: January 18 &, 19, 2025

Britten’s “War Requiem” features soloists Christine Goerke, Ian Bostridge, and Roderick Williams, as well as Florida Singing Sons, the Girl Choir of South Florida, and the Master Chorale of South Florida. They are led by Stéphane Denève.

Performance Date: March 15, 2025
